Expenses, Additional Hours

Have you incurred expenses on behalf of the club? For expenses over $200 you should have the approval of at least one member of the Executive prior to making the expense. For expenses over $500, you'll need approval of the board including the Treasurer.

Assuming you've done that, please prepare and submit an Expense form

Hosted a fund raiser? Please fill out an Event Statement.

Submit statements and forms to the BBCC Treasurer, 338 Waverley Road, Toronto, M4L 3T6 or by email to bbcc.treasurer@gmail.com with scanned or original receipts.
